PROPOSED PRICING FOR AMAC CONSULTING

The following is a proposed pricing model to be applied to any consulting provided by AMAC and more specifically, to be applied to the forth coming contract with GPAT for required statewide testing:

• Services at an hourly rate:

Hourly rates may be purchased in chunks of 5 where the lowest amount purchased is five hours. The rate would be based on the average cost of two managers’ salaries, plus overhead, plus 20 % profit. At a proposed hourly rate of $75 per hour, the 5-hour chunk would cost $375. At the proposed hourly rate of $95, the 5-hourly chunk would cost $475.

• Flat Rate:

The proposed flat rate would be based on a set projected amount of time that could be utilized for an entire year and would also allow access to any and all staff members. The cost would cover overhead, any software that would need to be purchased to perform any of the consulting activities (such as software purchased by production for testing purposes) etc. I would propose a two to three thousand dollar amount for the flat fee.
